  That the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting on April 7, 2022, and the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting on November 21, 2022 be adopted as circulated and printed.

  That West Elgin Committee of the Whole hereby adjourn  at _______ a.m. into Closed Session under Section 239(3.1)(1) of the Municipal Act, R. S.O. 2001  for the purpose of providing education or training of the members in order to hold a tour of Municipal Facilities.
