  That West Elgin Council hereby adopts the Special Meeting Agenda of June 5, 2025, as presented.

Public Meeting - Filling the Seat of Councillor, Ward 3

Each applicant will be provided up to five (5) minutes to speak, followed by a maximum of two (2) questions per member of Council, per applicant.

A selection and appointment will be done at the next regular meeting of Council, June 12, 2025, at 4:00pm. All applicants are invited back for this appointment.
