  That the Council of the Municipality of West Elgin Council hereby proceeds into Closed Session at ________ pm, to discuss matters pursuant to the Municipal Act, Section 239 (2)(k) , being a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board (Shared Services).

• Recommendation:

  That By-law 20225-25 being a By-law to confirm the proceeding of the Special Meeting of Council held on May 12, 2025, be read a first, second and third and final time.

  That the Council of the Municipality of West Elgin hereby adjourn the Special Meeting of Council at ________ to meet again at 4:00pm,  on Thursday, May 22, 2025, or at the call of the Chair.
