Skating Club Update

 

Thank you to staff for things running smoothly. Registration has stayed consistent so far.

Minor Hockey Update

 

There will be some changes coming from OHF, just not sure what those changes will look like as of yet. There was a concern of away teams setting up their banners in the main entrance. Terri and Adam will work on this to come up with an expectation plan for them.

Ice Rental Agreement/Seasonal Ice User Policy Review & Discussion

Some suggestions were brought forward to revamp the policy and agreement such as defining what local/youth/adult is, what a seasonal ice user would be, removing formula for ice allocation, and cancellations. The draft will be brought back to the March/April meeting for review.

Staff Operations Update

 

Zamboni was fixed quickly after the last meeting and cost was estimated around $3500. Everything is operating as normal.
